Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Singapore and the Philippines to the western and northern coasts of Australia.

Size: 7 inches (17 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits inshore reefs and is usually found at depths between about 6 to 80 feet (2 – 20 m), and basically feeds on small fishes and crustaceans.

General Husbandry: Has various color forms, e.g., brown, reddish brown, light green, all with various markings. Has not been purposely collected for the trade. Yet may show up as an “Assorted Frogfish.’ Care would be similar to others in this family.
