Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Red Sea to the Hawaiian and Rapa Islands, north Southern Japan, and south to the northern Great Barrier Reef.

Size: 2 inches (3 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits only the branches of Cirrpathes anguina coral located in current swept drop-off areas and usually found at depths between 10 –150 feet (3 – 45 m) where it feeds upon zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Not normally collected for the trade.
