Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Philippines to Vanuatu and north to Southern Japan.

Size: 2 inches (5 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits tidepools and lagoons and usually found at depths between 3 – 40 feet (1 – 12 m) where it lives in small burrows and feeds upon zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Not normally collected for the trade.
