Range: Western Atlantic Ocean: Florida and the Bahamas, and to Lesser Antilles.

Size: 1 inch (2 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits coral columns and heads and usually found at depths between 25 – 150 feet (8 – 45 m) where it feeds upon benthic invertebrate.

General Husbandry: Not normally collected for the trade.
