Range: Western Indian Ocean: Port Sudan to Gulf of Aqaba, and Red Sea.
Size: 1 inch (2 cm)
Natural Environment: Inhabits deep reef areas and usually seen in depths over 100 feet (30 m) where it feeds on zooplankton.
General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
