Range: Eastern Indian Ocean: India.

Size: 3 inches (8 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits subtidal rock, coral and/or rubble areas on local reefs and is usually found at depths between 15 – 65 feet (5 – 20 m) where it feeds on zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Has mottled brownish body. Not collected for the trade.
