Range: Western Indian Ocean: Mauritius, Reunion and Indonesia.

Size: 5 inches (12 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits caves on local reefs and is usually found at depths between 3 – 150 feet (1 – 45 m) where it feeds on small fishes and crustaceans.

General Husbandry: Has a whitish body and head with many light orange blotches/spots. Not collected for the trade.
