Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Kenya to Mozambique, east to Marshall Islands and Tonga.

Size: 12 inches (30 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits lagoon seagrass beds and usually found at depths between 3 – 200 feet (1 – 60 m) where it feeds on various forms of algae.

General Husbandry: Has an overall greenish brown body. Not collected for the trade.
