Range: Western Indian Ocean: Red Sea.

Size: 28 inches (70 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits outer reef areas and usually found at depths between 65 – 100 feet (20 – 30 m) where it feeds mainly on algae.

General Husbandry: Has an overall greenish body, yet often different body colors depending upon age. Not normally collected for the trade.
