Range: Indian Ocean: Maldives and Similan Islands.

Size: 12 inches (30 cm)

Natural Environment: coastal areas rich in algae and benthic invertebrate and usually found at depths between 3 - 100 feet (1 - 30 m) where it feeds mainly upon algae and some benthic invertebrates.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
