Range: Northwestern Pacific Ocean: Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

Size: 47 inches (120 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits rocky kelp-covered reef bottoms and usually found at depths between 20 to 300 feet (6 - 90 m) where it feeds on small fishes, shrimp, worms, crabs urchins, and other crustaceans.

General Husbandry: Not normally collected for the trade.
