Range: Southwest Pacific Ocean: Australia and New Zealand.

Size: 12 inches (29 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits coastal lagoons and usually found at depths between 6 – 100 feet (2 – 30 m) where it feeds on zooplankton and benthic invertebrate.

General Husbandry: Not normally collected for the trade.
