Range: Eastern Atlantic Ocean: Sweden, also the Mediterranean Sea.

Size: 12 inches (30 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits rocky rubble areas near eelgrass beds and usually found at depths between 3 – 200 feet (1– 60 m) where it feeds on benthic invertebrate, usually hard-shelled invertebrates.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
