Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Philippines, Palau, Indonesia, New Guinea, and south to the Great Barrier Reef.

Size: 4 inches (10 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow lagoons and seaward reefs in areas of dense coral growth and usually found at depths between 6 – 65 feet (2– 20 m) where it feeds on mainly on coral polyps.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
