Natural Environment: Inhabits intertidal or subtidal areas in many parts of the world. It seems to be found in greater abundance in highly wave exposed areas.
Aquarium Suitability: Not a desired aquarium species, as it falls apart quite easily and becomes a mess in aquariums.
