Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Widespread.

Natural Environment: Inhabits upper reef slopes.

General Husbandry: Rarely seen in the trade, however, when available, makes a good reef aquarium species.

Even though most of its nutritional needs are met with bright light, occasional feeding with plankton-like foodstuffs are beneficial.

Requires bright lighting and gentle water movement.
