Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: New Caledonia.

Size: 4 inches (10 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits holes and crevices in shallow rocky and coral reefs and is usually found between depths of 30 to 65 feet (10 – 20 m) where it feeds on smaller fishes and crustaceans.

General Husbandry: As of mid 2016, no home aquarium husbandry seems to exist for this species.

May be no different than others in this genus – extremely aggressive.
