Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Widespread.

Natural Environment: Inhabits exposed upper reef slopes and reef flats and usually seen at depths between 3 to 15 feet (1 - 5 m).

General Husbandry: See Acropora abrolhosensis for suggested aquarium husbandry, except for swifter water movement - WM 3 and brighter light, PAR 450+ and if possible, water surges.

FYI: In the wild, usually has a thick stubby upward growing branches often with many colors, but most brown, cream, purple or blue, with blue or cream tips.

Cultured specimens exist in the trade that exhibit bright colors, therefore ask under what PAR conditions it was grown in so you may continue to see it maintain its health/colors!
