Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Widespread.

Natural Environment: Inhabits tidal zones and upper reef slopes and usually seen at depths between 6 - 50 feet (2 - 15 m).

General Husbandry: See Pavona cactus for suggested aquarium husbandry, except increase lighting intensity - PAR 350 - 550.
