Range: Western Atlantic Ocean: Florida, Gulf of Mexico, Bahamas, and Caribbean.

Natural Environment: Inhabits turbid seagrass and sediment collecting reef bottom environments and generally seen at depths between 3 to 85 feet (1 - 25 m).

Aquarium Suitability: I've seen this while diving these areas. Not collected for the trade.
