Range: Western Atlantic Ocean: Caribbean, Bermuda and south to Venezuela and the West Indies.

Size: 2.5 inches, (7 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits the intertidal zone, and usually found under rocks in the daytime.

General Husbandry: Not purposely collected for the trade, and may arrive on rocks and coral specimens originating in the above-mentioned area.

A dim light species and will scrape algae from any surfaces it comes across.

No special care is required.
