Range: Eastern Pacific Ocean: Baja California and Gulf of California.

Size: 4 inches (10 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits the underside of intertidal and subtidal rocks during daytime.

Aquarium Suitability: Not purposely collected for the home aquarium trade.

No special care is required except for a good supply of algae covered rocks.

A very good herbivore yet requires cool water.
