Size: 1 inch (3 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits areas near or on giant clamshells where it feeds on clam juices and tissue.

Aquarium Suitability: Detrimental species to Tridacna clams!

This snail enters the clam through the byssal opening and after consuming the juices inside the clam and killing it, it then moves on to other clams.
