Range: Western Indian Ocean: Red Sea to Eastern Africa.

Size: 2 inches (5 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits rock and rubble areas covered in algae and also seen in seagrass beds.

Aquarium Suitability: Not collected for the home aquarium trade.

Should it become available in the trade, aquarium husbandry would be similar to Mespilla globulus shown elsewhere in this section of the Species Library.
