Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Sri Lanka, north to Taiwan and south to Great Barrier Reef and Micronesia.

Size: 3 inches (6 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow coastal reefs and inner reef crests and tunicates and usually found at depths between 3 – 50 feet (1 – 15 m) where it feeds mostly on algae.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
