Range: Western Atlantic Ocean: Southern Florida, and the Caribbean.

Size: 3 inches (9 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow coral, rocky reefs and seagrass beds and usually found between depths of 3 – 15 feet (1 – 5 m) where it feeds upon small crustaceans.

General Husbandry: Not purposely collected for the trade.
