Range: Western Central Pacific Ocean: Western Australia.

Size: 5 inches (12 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits sandy and rubble areas on coastal reefs where it lives with Alpheid/pistol shrimp where it feeds upon benthic invertebrate.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
