Range: Southwest Atlantic Ocean: French Guiana to Brazil.

Size: 6 inches (15 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow coastal waters and usually found at depths between 10 – 85 feet (3– 25 m) where it feeds mainly on crustaceans.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
