Range: Eastern Indian Ocean: Mentawai Islands off southern Thailand.

Size: 5 inches (12 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits algae covered rubble areas on reef flats and usually found at depths between 3 – 100 feet (1–30 m) where it feeds mainly on zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
