Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Mariana and Marshall Islands, and eastern Caroline Islands to the Pitcairn Group.

Size: 2 inches (4 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits inshore reef areas and usually found between depths of 10 to 65 feet (3 – 20 m) where it feeds on crustaceans.

General Husbandry: Has a light brown body with a large black spot just aft of the eye. Not collected for the trade.
