Range: Eastern Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea: English Channel southwards to coast of West Africa .

Size: 3 inches (9 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits shallow rocky coastal areas and seen under overhangs and near caves and usually found between depths of 6 – 40 feet (2 – 12 m) where it mainly feeds upon benthic invertebrates.

General Husbandry: Not yet collected for the trade.
