Range: Western Indian Ocean: Red Sea to the Persian Gulf.

Size: 6 inches (15 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits coral growth areas and usually found at depths between 3 – 150 feet (1 – 45 m) where it feeds on algae, benthic invertebrates and small fishes.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
