Range: Northwestern Pacific Ocean: Japan.

Size: 10 inches (25 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits rocky and weedy areas and usually found at depths between 3 – 150 feet (1 – 45 m) where it feeds on algae, benthic invertebrates and small fishes.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
