Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: India, Indochina and Malay Archipelago, and northern Australia to Japan.

Size: 2 inches (6 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits coastal sand and mud flats and found in shoals near crinoids, sponges, and anemones where its usually found at depths between 65 – 100 feet (20 – 30 m) where it feeds on small fishes and crustaceans/zooplankton during evening hours.

General Husbandry: Has a greyish pink body with several white spots on the aft body. As of 2016, not yet purposely collected for the trade. However, should it become available, its aquarium husbandry would be similar to that of A. angustatus. Simply open that species to view those recommendations.
