Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Japan and Philippines.

Size: 2 inches (4 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits coastal reefs and found under ledges during the day and usually found at depths between 6 – 30 feet (2 – 10 m) where it feeds on crustaceans/zooplankton during evening hours.

General Husbandry: Has a transparent elongated body with a red spot on the caudal peduncle. As of 2016, not yet purposely collected for the trade.
