Likely Reef Tank Suitable

Likely Fish-Only Tank Suitable

Range: Eastern Central Pacific: Endemic to Marquesan Islands.

General Husbandry: Has a brownish bluish body with a white tail. Not yet collected for the hobby.

As with all Chromis species, they are quite peaceful and better maintained in small groups of at least five, and should be given wide-open swimming areas, as they are open water swimmers, and non-aggressive tankmates.
