Range: Southwest Pacific Ocean: New South Wales

Size: 8 inches (20 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits deep rocky coastal reefs at depths between 200 – 300 feet (60 – 90 m) and is thought to feed on encrusting invertebrates.

General Husbandry: This temperate water species is said to have s a temperature range of 66 - 75°F (19 – 24°C), otherwise little is known about it since it's a protected species and is illegal to collect.
